Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Becchh reserves the right to terminate accounts of users found to be underage.

2. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Not create multiple accounts to evade suspensions or bans.

3. Listings & Content

When posting a listing, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the item, all information is accurate and not misleading, and the listing does not violate any laws or our Prohibited Items Policy. You grant Becchh a non-exclusive licence to display your listing content on the platform.

3.1 Prohibited Content

• Illegal items (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen property).
• Adult content or content involving minors.
• Hate speech, harassment, or threatening language.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings.
• Spam, duplicate listings, or automated posting.
• Content violating third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Transactions

Becchh facilitates connections between buyers and sellers; we are not a party to any transaction. You transact at your own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in person in a public place and inspecting items before payment. Becchh is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any listed item.

5. Fees & Premium Services

Basic listing and browsing is free. Paid services (Featured Listings, Premium subscriptions) are displayed at the point of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Becchh platform belongs to Becchh. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Becchh's liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the three preceding months, whichever is less. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms with 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
