Community Guidelines
These guidelines exist to keep Becchh a trustworthy, welcoming, and fair marketplace for everyone. Joining Becchh means agreeing to uphold these values.
Be Honest
Describe your items accurately. Include defects, wear, and accurate measurements. Misrepresenting items damages trust for everyone.
Be Respectful
Treat every buyer and seller with dignity. Rude, abusive, or discriminatory language is never acceptable on Becchh.
Be Fair
Price items reasonably. Don't string along multiple buyers simultaneously. If you've agreed on a price, honour it.
Be Responsive
Respond to genuine enquiries promptly. If you're no longer selling, mark the item as Sold or remove the listing.
What's Allowed
- Sell new and pre-owned personal items.
- Offer services (tutoring, repairs, freelance work) in applicable categories.
- Post rental listings for property, vehicles, and equipment.
- Ask questions about an item before committing to buy.
- Negotiate the price politely.
- Leave honest reviews of your transaction experience.

Prohibited in Detail
Listings or behaviour that violates any of the following will be removed without notice.
Illegal & Dangerous Items
- Controlled substances, drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
- Unlicensed weapons, firearms, and ammunition.
- Stolen goods or items obtained through fraud.
- Counterfeit, fake, or replica branded products.
- Hazardous materials (chemicals, explosives, radioactive items).
Harmful Content
- Listings or messages containing hate speech or slurs.
- Sexually explicit content or adult services of any kind.
- Content targeting, exploiting, or endangering minors.
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any user.
- Personal information of other users posted without consent.
Deceptive Practices
- Misleading titles, descriptions, or photos.
- Inflated prices with fake 'original' values.
- Fake listings created to collect advance payments.
- Duplicate listings of the same item to game visibility.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or suspensions.
Platform Abuse
- Spam messages, unsolicited promotions, or chain messages.
- Automated bots or scripts to create or respond to listings.
- Directing users to external platforms to bypass Becchh's trust framework.
- Manipulating or gaming the review/rating system.
Enforcement
Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reported content and accounts. Consequences depend on the severity and frequency of violations.
First offence for minor violations.
Violating listing immediately taken down.
Account suspended for 7–30 days.
Account permanently removed for serious violations.
We may permanently remove accounts without warning for severe violations involving illegal content, fraud, or exploitation.
See a Violation?
Use the Report button on any listing, chat, or user profile. Every report is reviewed by our team. We never share who filed the report.
